Our Overall Service
Overall, satisfied, but there could be several improvements, see below.
Call Representative
Dan was generally good with replying to e-mails, but a couple of times he was either slow to reply or did not reply at all.
Our Office Staff
Limited contact, so is not applicable.
Sales Process
Dan was thorough and worked with me to find the best solution for my particular problem.
Our Installation Crew
Andy told me that I would be provided with a phone number to call in case I needed assistance, but I never received this, or at least not yet. The crew was friendly and did a good job with the installation and also explanation of what they were doing. I have confidence that they understand basements.
The Cleanup Process
This is my only real complaint. As per Dan's instructions, I purchased plastic sheeting to cover my items. Ron told me that it would not be necessary to use in the finished room of the basement. So, we did not cover. After the work was done, I found that there is a thin film of fine white dust covering everything, that I now need to dust off. I wish we would have covered everything a the start. I had purchased the plastic sheets, and was ready to use them.
