I was extremely impressed with the attention Northeast Basement pays to customer satisfaction. Not just lip service or some marketing gimmick, but on-site inspection at the completion of the work by the owner and service manager. Simply great!! Keep it up.
Northeast Basement is a highly professional company, with a real focus on customer satisfaction. I was impressed with their service, quality of crew and work, and the in-house inspection with the customer. Excellent!
The crew was great. Very accommodating, knew their stuff, and were as non-intrusive as possible.
The only suggestion I would make (not a criticism) is to make sure to cover any appliances (washer, dryer, water heater, etc.) with blankets so they don't get so dusty or scratched.
