Service tech. Roger did a great repair on a clogged hose in my Sani-Dry Dehumidifier which I rely on in my basement. Was a fellow veteran who served as I did. Was very polite and knowledgeable. Did a next day follow-up call to assure all was working fine.
Call representative Mark who scheduled my appointment was very polite and got me a swift appointment time that worked best to accommodate my working hours as well.
Roger brought rags from vehicle to clean up water puddle under humidifier as a result of clog hose and was first rate on making customer satisfied and informed.
The product was purchased from North East Basement in July 2014 and salesperson from that visit was polite as well as the tech that did the install in 2014.
