Tom was very responsive and answered all of the many questions that I had. (Mike Reidy)
Julio is a hard worker. He had to contend with a lot of boulders while digging the trench for the discharge pipe. It was a hot day and he kept at it till it was completed. The previous crew that installed the pump also did a great job.
Clean up was fine. My only concern is at the end of the discharge pipe, It drains into the plastic box. It is constantly full of water which undoubtedly will freeze in late fall and winter. I would think that there is a different method of terminating the pipe. Our particular lot has a brook that the pipe could flow into instead of having it flow into the box and bubble out through the grill cover.
